Organized religion, like hospitals, schools, the police can and do good work to help the less (and more) privileged. This idiot's made it harder and damaged children immeasurably and generations to come will pay for it as well. Arsehole! I just hope there was no coverup if it was discovered earlier. Compensation? How do you compensate for that?

"As many as 71 victims...". Can you imagine how much destruction he has caused? I can't. All those suicides, offspring of those victims, the damaged spouses etc. If they did a class action against the Church, there wouldn't be enough money to right the wrongs.
