I've just started re watching the Sopranos again after a couple of years. I'm two seasons down and now I remember why this was the best show in the 00's...........great writing and acting. It set the precedent for all the big shows we enjoy now.

I agree, "The Sopranos" was definitely a groundbreaking series for HBO. Without the change in storytelling, we would have no "Walking dead" or "Sons of Anarchy".

"Breaking Bad" is one of my favourite shows and it is interesting to see how much the show borrows from "The Sopranos" storytelling style.

Vikings is brilliantly brutal. Awesome production quality. GOT is similar. I wait patiently for Game of Thrones to return.

As I can't figure out how to paste You Tube clips, this is the link to the Rolling Stones live, singing (with Keith on vocal) Thru and Thru. This song featured in season 2 and closed the final episode. It's a little known album track from Voodoo Lounge (1994) but is an awesome song.

As a bonus you get the fist verse and chorus of Happy (another Keith sung Stones song)

I've just re listened to the Voodoo Lounge record and although it's not the Stones a the height of their powers it's definitely a good record - check it out!

Damnit Vader! Now I have to obsessively watch The Sopranos from beginning to end. The demise of Pussy is such an integral element of the whole show.

Buy you are right, it is integral............I think season 2 is my favourite season.
