I'm over it. The Internet is playing up AGAIN. For years we have had internet technicians sent to our exchange because the internet doesn't work or is to damn slow GRRRR. I called this morning at 6am and got a recording and a link sent to my phone,,DUH,,,I had no internet so how could I go to the link....
Finally got through to someone,,,we will send a technician out in a few days. Seriously! I was angry,,I made it clear that my anger wasn't directed at the operator but at the crap service we've received. I told them I expect my account to be credited because this is really bad service. I'm waiting for a call back from billing now so I can get the credit in process.
Yes I have internet again at the moment but it's slow..
