Don't put this to bed. It's going to get brushed under the carpet and the amp's will just forgot about it too. It's good that you have brought this to light. Negative feedback should be looked at the same as positive feedback.

Feedback is of benefit to everyone.
If treatment at an AMP does not meet your expectations making a comment here can be useful.
1. Other punters become aware so they may avoid your experience.
2. The AMP that has failed, if they belong to this forum, become aware of their failings and get a chance to address the shortcomings.
3. Other AMPs who also belong to this forum also become aware and hopefully don’t fail in the same way.
You maintain some anonymity on this forum so a remedy for the lack of experience is not really an option but by venting you may at least feel better.
If you don’t return to an AMP because of poor service, either during “treatment” or following, you not returning has little impact, however by posting here others may boycott as well which will have more impact.
A response from the AMP would be nice, hopefully to apologise for the event or at least acknowledge their failing in this instance.
Maybe a thread titled Poor Service could be created if one doesn’t already exist, where bad experiences can be posted.
