Most AMPs don't like bookings, whilst the individuals like it as each booking provides an extra client.
AMPs like walk ins and rotate their girls accordingly. Bookings create conflict amongst the girls.

Not all the time aaron.lee it's also the fact that time is money, so if they finished a session and have to wait 30mins or so for the booked customer rather then the one that just walked through the door waiting or asked to come back later, if they come back later( $ lost).
Plus atm TBC is going through a busy period so booking or not the outcome is the same. Just means more customers arriving and sent away for a later time if they come back.

I have never walked in. Always booked.

I use to book also but found some days the phone would ring through, and poor SnowY did book but someone took his booking. As always they don't ask your name just " Do you have a booking" … "yes" then you proceed. Plus in the old days they weren't so busy so you could walk in and still get a spot with your fav girl..... Now? it's either 30min wait or if your unlucky and someone else arrived 5mins before you 1 hr.

Once it gets too busy like most AmPs instead of waiting for a massage, the walk-in customer will say Yes to " Do you have a booking" and jump the queue.

You remind me exactly why I hate AMP punting again.. Especially you can only punt on limited time slot.

Its the same with FS and AmPs… once it gets busy service per customer get limited due to the girls getting no rest breaks in between. Good for the business but sux for the customers in the long run. That's why I prefer to find quieter locations where the girl will have the energy and focus on you rather then feeling tired.

I hear you all... especially when it comes to having a limited time to do a punt.

Many places are owned my people who have a very short range of seeing things. And often miss the long reach notes in favour of the coins in reach.

As hard as I have tried. I have not been able to talk any sense into them. But then, maybe I am a shit communicator ;)

Not at all Yoda.… In this world of business Money is king and second is customers. But IRL they tell you customers are always right. :hilarious:

G'day,
I always book, tell them my name & mobile, so it she is not available when I arrive I depart just as quickly. It has been my experience if there is a stuff up, the fault lies with the boss.

I normally call up the girl directly to book.
Its up to her to arrange.
From what I know, bookings are extras to the general rotation.

Unless the girl knows you and you are big spender on extras. They will definitely wait to do your booking. From my experience

Well your a old time repeating customer SnowY you should know, that's why they don't like over the phone bookings and on the wkend. Unless it's the old crew most of those girls can only speak basic English. Plus the Shop phone gets passed around so if your lucky they'll pick up, and they're busy too so instead of worrying too much about bookings it's customers who do walk-ins a more priority. Lucky of the draw SnowY no one wants to wait.

Last time I was there at one wkend my girl had to walk out 3 or was it 4 times being in the closest room, to organise the next group for massages. Compared to the past when you either had 1 or 2 walk up or 1 later on just on the dot to now customers told to come back later more often. It's almost ridiculous that I reckon they'll need to re-model the shop for another 1-2 more rooms to cater for the customer supply demand one day if this continues.

Plus I forgot to mention too, I think my girl had the shop phone also as it was pinging and ringing a fair bit that it annoyed me so she realised it and switched it to silent mode during the massage.
I would have told her after the second interruption , next one I will leave & you will be giving me a refund for the time that is left.

TBC is still one of my favourite parlours, but this is not the first time this has happened here or at other parlours, In my opinion the most organised parlours are parlours that have a dedicated receptionist, I don't like the girl having the work phone with them, because you know it will ring constantly , I don't mind the girl leaving the room for a toilet break , but when they leave to attend to another potential customer asking about the prices for a massage it really annoys me a lot. I have got dressed & left a few parlours part of the way through a massage because of too many interruptions. None of the parlours are busy all day & night so whether you are a new customer or a regular customer you should be looked after. While a lot of people on the forum say Money is King , what about without customers there is no Money for them. As far as walk ins goes, which I like to do occasionally, the parlours really like them when they have no bookings, but they would rather have bookings so they know where they stand for the day.
Jessica from TBC said that if there phone isn't answered it's because they are busy, but that doesn't mean that they are booked out, so it's best to send a text message to them. My words here are about a lot of the parlours that I have visited in the past 5 years not just about TBC, & it's only my opinion. I forgot to mention I really hate it when one of the girls start vacuuming the place just as you starting to relax, that's the problem with going to the parlours late in the evening I suppose.
Agreed I prefer to text for a booking and have always received a prompt reply, especially from TBC.

I agree partly with you, I don't normally see the same girl the next visit , I like to see them all, but there are some girls that I go back to see again because of the nice time with them, mainly depends on my work roster.

Agree with you, sadly it's a bit of hit & miss these days at the massage parlours, even on what extra's are offered, happily it hasn't happened at Ivy's or Asian Beauties yet.

It's okay when they honour the booking, but really sucks when you were looking forward to seeing someone, then instead of them being honest with you, they take your money & put you in a room saying she won't be long, then someone else eventually tells you that she took another customer who arrived just before you who said that he rang & made a booking. I think they should ask the customer to leave & honour the booking that was made, & this was done once before at TBC when I had booked the Lovely Lillian.

I have been going to TBC for several years and have always booked ahead of time without issues. Sounds like I have been lucky that I have not encountered any stuff ups just yet.

Wish that was true SnowY, but like you said they don't waste money hiring a receptionist for bookings. I've sent Txt and waited a long while for a reply in which I've lost my urgency to go or rang through and got no answer. Its always 1 of the girls on the day is going to suffer due to her being the one that answers the phone and customers at the door, you just pray that your girl isn't rostered to handle it during your session. And with increased number of customers its just going to get worse. I didn't mind it with my girl cause I know her and she usually does things to make up for the interruptions, like silencing the shop phone for me. That's why i said it's good for business but bad for customers, due to constant walk-ins.

It's up to them to fix the problem.

Gents, as this is Vivian’s TBC daily roster thread is it not worth creating a seperate thread in the AMP forum to keep this important discussion going?

Yup even with the bookings no one wants to notify a customer that they are double booked, just look at those airport shows with customers going completely nuts. So like women do they do their best to gently defuse the situation. When the shop phone gets passed around this happens a fair amount. First come first served so to speak. Can't really tell the customer in the room to get dress and come back when he's already in there waiting and its your time slot, just think of the tempers that will flare up in the processes and no shop wants that. So they make whatever story works best at the time. Again the problem with a shop getting too busy. Their system is made for a quiet to semi busy shop not one that has ppl walking in every 20-30mins.

Not sure Sabredog… This is also the feedback area for Vivian too, unless she makes a separate post specifically for it and it stays on top of the TBC topic page. If not it'll like all TBC post that disappear eventually from new posts getting posted. Just look at my upgrade request post and how much attention that got and where it is on the TBC page. To keep that post current someone will have to post in it daily to keep that post on top.

No... keep it going. I love how Vivian is not unethically bumping up her thread. And you guys are rewarding this thread. And doing a great job keeping it at the top lol.

Fair comment. We are not all like the Duck! He excels at ensuring all his posts stay top of the list each day including cross posting his own threads.

i just do not want see see Viv’s daily posts submerged by too much of this. I know it is important and there is enough here now for her to see there is a concern.

Thought it was worth a suggestion for continuity of the conversation.

Trust me Sabredog.... like yoda said we're promoting her business for her by doing this already. Remember when I said how the flow of customers changed? It's gone from a semi busy shop to now a storm of customers continuous walking in. Im happy for Vivian that her business is booming but it's possible for 1/3 of customers in the shop already that suffers from interrupted services.

Last thing i want is to find my fav shop becoming like the rest of the general AmPs with 50/50 interferences possibility happening.

That is true. I have not had an issue booking via text message thus far. Hope that does not change anytime soon.
