I’ll keep this as brief as I can... Last Thursday I managed to get some free time in the day and booked a 60min appointment with Vanessa at Jasmine. I rocked up at the booking time and was ushered into a room. Vanessa came in a few minutes later looking stunning, and informed that there was a mix up with the bookings and she could only do a 30min booking. I knew that it would be rushed so I declined which she was very understanding.
I messaged Fiona later that night saying I was a little disappointed with the whole thing. She looked into it and it was her mistake and kept saying how sorry she was. She offered a free 15min massage on my next visit, which I said wasn’t necessary.
Sunday night I saw Vanessa was on at TBC so I messaged Vivian asking for a 90min booking and we settled on a time. I was running 10min late so I text her to gives her a heads up. I wasn’t to worried as I still had plenty of time. Just as I arrived I see a text from her saying if a hour was ok as some girl made a mistake with the time. Being I was ten minutes late my 90min booking was now turning into a 45min booking as the other booking overlapped mine.
I asked her to try and push the other booking back, which she said no to. I ended up canceling out of frustration. I was told to book through the phone number not the forum next time.
This is not supposed to be a complaint against TBC, just more a whinge as how unlucky one can be sometimes. From a customer service point of view, I thought Fiona handled it better than Vivian but at the end of the day I had two bookings with Vanessa messed up in a under a week.
