How does any person work 18 hours straight on a regular basis ... and not become a physical (or mental) wreck ??? ... 😩

It in unethical in my lifestyle but I have stuff to sort out and it's a back to back shift on two different work place. It's the life of broke hustler. 💆 Thanks for your suggestions.I will visit charming as I been hearing alot of feedback from other blog. I will find time on the weekend.Cheers
