I know this isn’t a sex or typically a sex worker related question but during my time of working in a brothal I have been overly inspired by working girls who are doing uni and working part/ full time and also do shifts as being a sex worker

I just started a new part time job not related to the sex industry as well as starting university part time, to get my degree in nursing to then specialise in aged care or disability care for context

My question is how do you manage it all reasonably and maintain good mental + physical health and a possible social life to any degree???

When I was in high school and also worked a lot, I didn’t really manage everything that well mentally but I’m older now, and have a larger distress tolerance and mental capacity

I am very hopeful and excited by my new chapter in life and I can’t wait to move forward !

Thank you all in advance, to the men here keep blowing your $$$ on our sex workers and to my girls, work hard, play hard and stay safe xx

It can be tough. Balancing work/study/family and relationships isn't easy, I'm currently studying ful time, working two days a week in the field I'm studying, working Saturdays with a past field, doing uberEats around everything else, and then making sure I get as much quality time with my girl, and support what shifts she has at LT, and family time with the blended little family we have.

That is extremely intense and impressive, I give it all to you!! And your girl because working at LT (perth) is intense when the boss is let’s say not very well…

If given the option of online or on campus classes, I find the on campus holds me more accountable for my schedule

+1 for campus if possible. I whinged about it at the time but when I was working and studying it kept me on the straight path. My online only units was too easy to get distracted/postpone. Everyone is different just my 2 cents worth. Best of luck 🤞

Goes for most things in life and the answer is in the question and that’s balance, people will talk about struggling to maintain balance while not actually actively balancing, if you need to study set the times that you’re studying remove distractions and stick to it, if you have set working days or not work it around that, if you’re doing sex work stick to a schedule that suits you especially if it means saying no, taking that 1 more client might be a few extra bucks but at the end of the day if it screws everything else up it really isn’t convenient. We are our own worst enemy’s with balancing life, stick to your study and work schedules because that allows you to have your own time to do whatever which ends up being the best thing for you mentally. We are our own worst enemy’s and much of our problems with balance is our own doing. This isn’t a jab btw

And don't be scared of using AI. As long as you acknowledge it was used and how, it's invaluable for your assignments.
