I'm just wondering whether anyone has ever woken up after work, or going to the gym or doing something labour intensive, and woken up so stiff they can barely move with sore muscles and nausea?
I know why I have...that bloody workout has got me 2 days later as I knew it would. I was so stiff I had to spent 10 minutes under the hot water in the shower, so I could move enough to be able to get dressed and go get a massage...I feel better now, thank you Linya Massage Victoria Park! But I'm wondering whether other people suffer the same? Obviously I'm not talking chronic pain from injuries, just using muscles that haven't been overtaxed in a while And especially the nausea...is that common?
