It will be more sex education and less heartless/money driven. Sex educators from around the world will come and demonstrate for the women who want to work there on how to behave and treat a guy. Also how the guy should treat them.

If guys have E.D. they will not be discriminated against. For instance they will recieve two hours for the price of one. Ofcourse checks and balance will be in place so guys dont rort the system.

Its hard to explain what Im trying to say. You dont watch the clock with your gf to finish in an hour do you? Thats not how sex is meant to be. I get what you're saying but its not the girls fault if someone has ED, sure they can be compassionate about it but having to work 2 hours instead of 1 is hardly fair and never gonna happen.

The looks thing is a bit hypocritical really, there are plenty of women who arent blessed with good looks and need human contact too but instead of dating them you'd rather pay for a glamour model.

I dont think starting a business would be hard, but controlling free spirited girls behind closed doors, good luck with that.

I don't really understand what sort of business you're starting. You want to run an escort business but you don't want the girls to be all about the money. But it's money for sex, so what are the girls there for if not money? Community service?
