I would say go see your doctor and he or she will test you and let you know what your sperm count is.
The higher your sperm count would only mean you would get a lady pregnant easier,to those who have a low sperm count.
Thats all a high sperm count will and can do,it has nothing to do with how much you ejuculate.

I remember when i had a vasectominy i couldn't blow for six weeks, Then had to have a wank or get wanked and then take my sperm in to get tested in a very quick time.
