Walked in there yesterday and no one even came to the door despite a rather loud doorbell. Walked down the corridor a bit and could hear a lady talking to a guy in the back room which I didn’t want to interrupt, tried to make my presence known without being a douche about it but eventually left. Bad timing I guess. Hope next visit is more fruitful.

I had a similar experience at a Canningvale amp in recent times, I set off the rather loud door bell 3 times, then took a stroll before anyone paid any attention , I might add that the following service was just as lacklustre.
