I travelled to Barcelona some time ago and did some research on the sexual Spanish scene, so here are my conclusions:
I took a look to Adultwork.com Spanish section, but I found just 4 independent escort girls.. I didn't succeed on PunterNet either. But, then I found the OpenAdultDirectory; it's a very complete site where many Spanish places advertise (they have many sections classified by country, region, etc). I decided for two hotels called "La Vie en Rose" and "Perla Negra", because their sites are very complete, the places looked modern and clean (both sex clubs have the ISO certificate for quality standards) and the girls on the sites were very beautiful.
