I have a question for the guys, at least the ones who smoke.

I read an article today which says "men who smoke have an increased risk of low sex drive and erectile problems".

For all those that are willing to give their opinions on the subject, I'll love to hear your views.

I look forward to reading the replies.

Ok, I'll come clean, I haven't yet been able to kick the habit... However in answer to the question, no I have never experienced any problems in the bedroom department. In fact I think that my sexdrive is probably classed as High to Very High, lol. But I also think that that would probably apply to most males on this site. :-X

U Bet

My precious other half gave up smoking about a year ago and while our sex and sexlife has always been the best ive ever had...i noticed a few months after he gave up that not only did it become more frequent..(as in every day)...but he began lasting twice as long..(say about an hour)..as he used to..!
My advice to all u guy smokers would be give it up!
P.S. he smells a lot better as well!!

On the subject of smoking... I have brought this up before but anyway, here I go again. I am a non smoker( I smoked from 14yrs to 32yrs) and it really pisses me off how everyone in here just lights up like theres no tomorrow. It STINKS and I'm surprised Langtrees hasn't at least made a smoking area, which wouldn't be great but would be a small improvement compared to chain smoking for 8 hours which is literally what I do every time I come in here!! Aside from it being illegal to smoke in public enclosed places which as far as I can see is leaving Langtrees wide open for future lawsuits, how about my rights as a non smoker?? If Langtrees was non smoking not only would everybody breathe a lot easier but the place would look better as well, as all the smoke filthies the whole place up and then it looks really tacky when you see smoke burns on floor, furniture, inside spas etc etc, not to mention the grimey walls and dirty ashtrays...GROSS. I could go on but I wont. This is not directed at anyone in particular and I DO understand that it is your choice to smoke and thats fine but how about my choice NOT to smoke???

Same thing happened with us.
Back in the post smoking "good old days" our bed would rarely be empty, we averaged 15 times a day.
He took it up again briefly (without me knowing, as we had been on opposite sides of the country for 8 weeks) and when we reunited things werent so great.
When he smoked sex was a lot less, plus he tended to run out of steam ages before me.
Now been together 7 years, so things have started to slow down.

I would say that smoking def affected our sex life.
