I'd say no; but certainly hard to give a reasonable answer...
Ideally anyone wishing to start in the industry should at least have had some sort of 'balance' as in she should be happy enough to really enjoy the work - but also needs at least a partial understanding of awareness in the industry; main part being the client demographics.
For me being straight to the bottom line - 18 years old personally to me is far too young to ever be considered eligible in the industry. I'm just afraid as to whether or not she's aware of the range of demographic's out there in the real world. That plus considering the whether or not she's tolerant into working with people under the influence of alcohol, especially during the peak times of the night (which is why also another reason I wouldn't make any visits at night; bumping into fellow clients who's had tequila breath).
Perhaps it's a sure thing that she's been sexually active since 12 years old....but to me as a client; anyone who's considered themselves 'sexual' may not be enough. Clients do need mental stimuli in terms of conversational skills in highlighting her knowledge, education, experiences, goals, aspirations etc out of a working lady and from these things I do see it as starting pre-requisites.
Also one important thing about maintaining branding, ethics & exposure: Langtrees to me is be considered to be an establishment of very high regards - a gentlemen's club, as surely anyone would associate this with. If a green light is given; this may again raise a few issues that may not look good in terms of customer rep/ branding perspective.
The way I see it - the youngest anyone would ever consider to be in the industry should be 20. You would be seen as 'mature' enough to at least have acquired any prior understanding of what to expect.
But again, all we could give is our 0.02$…..I hope in the best of light that she makes the right decision.
