I have started making this super quick, easy & healthy dip/spread. (no doubt this recipe will envolve as I get more creative)

1 tin 425g tuna in spring water
1 small tub of low-fat cream cheese
3 big spoon fulls of ricotta cheese
Cayenne Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper

(thinking next time we may add some lemon juice/vinegar)

drain the tuna, mix all the ingredients together and BAM made!

Keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. We've been eating it on crackers here in Darwin.
