What the dickheads that put the current laws in place could not see that young people experimenting with sex might get caught in peadaphile laws, what utter fuckin twats, it's happen int he US for years, but yet they make laws that are for absolute idiots and prosecute innocent young people learning about sex.

Why is sex such a problem when every single person in the fuckin world is doing it. Why are all the sex depraved twats making laws to kill off sexual adventure. You can kill mamecanyone and this is socially acceptable, even blow someone's head off, butt have sex or get involved in sex then heaven forbid!!! Are we all arse about or what. Sick and tired of fuckin idiots running this state and country....

You do know that a punch in nose or a knife in the body will really hurt and mame someone but if someone that you do not know or ever meet wanks over your picture doesn't actual hurt anyone. It's fuckin obvious yet the fear and unrealistic concern over people having their picture wanked over is stupid, it doesn't hurt you, all famous pretty people get wanked over all the time and they are non the wiser. So social Sexting is of that big an issue get over it no one fuckin cares if you or your kids are naked it's not about you. After all we are all born naked so it not revealling anything unless you youself are making a big deal of it it. I can't remember anyone that I have seen naked over many readers or their pics we a move on, the making of a epic issue is the problem, you can do any job even if you and others have seen you naked you fucking twits.

So social Sexting is of that big an issue get over it no one fuckin cares if you or your kids are naked it's not about you.

Sorry I disagree, someone as you say "Wanking" over a picture of someone or their kids is not an issue, you are wrong and oh boy any parent will tell you it is about them!!

I'm not sure where your head is at, no-one is just going to give you pictures of their kids, they would be obtained illegally or under false pretenses and condoning this behavior is wrong, plain and simple.

I second that motion.

Wanking over an image of a child is the makings of a child predator. That's not acceptable at all, ignorance is bliss to some but lately the rate of children who have been or barely escaped being abducte is rising and it's repulsive.

Now if the person is over the age of 18 in most senses ( I think it's 21 for BDSM) that's fine but keep it legal.

I don't think Hornyball ever said anything in his post about kiddie porn and my guess is he would be as grossed out about that as anyone else (at least, I hope so).

What is seriously wrong about the present laws is the fact that a young person caught "sexting" naughty pics to another young person and/or keeping those images on any device can find himself prosecuted for possessing child porn and registered as a sex offender which impacts on his future in so many ways. Forget about any job which involves children for a start even though this individual probably wouldn't harm a child in a fit.

This is wrong in that the "offence", while stupid, degrading and potentially harmful to both parties is not malicious and in most cases does no real harm. The punishment is draconian and disproportionate to the "crime". As Granny would have said "they are using a steam hammer to crack a nut"

This is one for the parents to deal with by confiscating the offender's 'phone and grounding him. It should not involve court appearances.

As a footnote: How come no-hopers who bash old ladies and steal cars get away with a slap on the wrist and no lasting affect on their useless lives while a kid taking dirty pics with a mobile 'phone gets the book thrown at him???

Yeah Svengali you said it in better words. Kiddie porn yuck and prosecute to the hilt. But kids getting life sentences because they adventurous with each other is wrong.

Sorry to put in more context on the news last night they outlined teenagers getting caught in the new sex offender laws just for being teenagers, which I think is wrong, as Svengali pointed out. In te US their sex offender lists have many innocent teenagers on the list which ruins their lives. The people making very simplistic laws to deal with serious issues don't think or deal with how laws are being used, this is what needs to be fixed. Not. Not considering new social media is a part of that.

The other part that was discussed was how people were being sacked because collegueas saw them naked via Facebook friends for example and how bad it was for you to have or show naked photos to friends. This is were my wank comment was referring to in a sense does it matter if work if a work colleague or friend sees u naked does it hurt you, maybe embarrassed, but not as painful as being stabbed or assaulted or bullied which we should focus on. But nudity and sex seem to scare people to make irrational decisions about work and who u are in society, thus wrong perception of working girls.

Sorry my rant probably didn't sound clear in context. I just find decision makers not use logic or common sense.
