I was at the presentation of this report as was Sue from Ada Rose. The report is very good, but you felt that there was no real interest from the State Government at the time, and since then the change to Labour, they show no resolve either. There was a lot of argument between those present about whether the NSW model was the way to go, which seems an issue as there didn't appear to be a common voice.
