Sex therapy

I can't think of a better label for sex with "disabled" people. Fact is, I've been interested for several years in making myself available to a lady in need.
I have proposed this before in another forum and been judged and misunderstood. It's not just an opportunity for an "easy lay" - I have a good heart and I'm sure it can be a win win situation.
I would be willing to do any briefing and/or training necessary in order to make the situation as pleasant for the person as possible.
Can anyone help?

Is your proposal in regards to being paid for the service or free for anyobdy. Interesting concept. Know a couple of disabled ladies who don;t think they are disabled...lol and do normal stuff.

Can you elaborate a bit more, this forum is not for judging other people, just people putting forth their ideas and concepts etc.. so go for it with no fear.
