For those interested, there is a documentary airing on ABC2 tonight 9:30pm called The Sex Researchers, Episode 02 - Better Sex. I have copied and pasted the sypnosis below:
"This episode explores how science can help us have better sex.
Early attempts to cure impotence were laughable. One of the first recorded pioneers was Serge Voronoff, who attempted to rejuvenate old men by surgically attaching slivers of monkey testicle to their scrotums.
Science is now a little more successful when it comes to interfering with our sex lives.
Viagra was the keenly-anticipated medical intervention that actually worked. But its popularity could be having some undesirable effects.
This episode reveals a new study that shows how the recreational use of non-prescribed Viagra could be giving men impotence problems when they didn't have them before"
