Have you had a better response when making bookings if you mention that you've writtien a review?
I ask these questions as I had a call this morning from a regular who mentioned he had reviewed us some time back. I was amazed how I stopped and listened more and concentrated on his needs purely because I know he had reviewed us in the past.
I was super pleased with the time I gave this gent and ended up making a booking for him for 2 hours.
It made me stop and think.
