This would explain the reaction some people had to the story that was doing the rounds a few years ago in America, where the news was hyping up teens supposedly having "rainbow parties" - but in that case, they were referring to parties were all the girls would wear different coloured lipstick and the boys would compete to see who had the best "rainbow" on their penis.
