The ex-girlfriend of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has reportedly been executed by firing squad for violating the country’s laws against pornography. South Korea's largest daily newspaper, Chosun Ilbo, reports that a former lover of Kim Jong Un, singer Hyon Song Wol, was among 11 other prominent musicians killed in front of their families and other members of famous North Korean pop groups. Witnesses of the executions were reportedly sent to prison camps due to the rogue country’s assumption of guilt by association laws. The 12 executed musicians were accused of recording themselves having sex and selling the tapes. The North Korean leader and Hyon met nearly ten years ago and dated until his father Kim Jong-il ordered the relationship end. Hyon became famous for various propaganda songs, such as Footsteps of Soldiers, I Love Pyongyang and We are Troops of the Party. A source told Chosun Ilbo that Kim Jong-un has been “viciously eliminating anyone who he deems a challenge to his authority." "They were executed with machine guns while the key members of the Unhasu Orchestra, Wangjaesan Light Band and Moranbong Band as well as the families of the victims looked on,” the source claimed.
