Wouldn't be hard these days.. You can get those PayPal machines from office works that take cc for about $60.
paypal is a very known payment processor but if you violate these term of acceptable use of there policies... your account will be frozen. specially the highlights words. once you caught in there reviews account will be limited permanently...and the money will be hold for 180 days so that is s*cks..this is bases only on my experience in paypal...i have 2 account frozen until this time and the funds will be held for 6 months..

I met a lady once who said CC was an option but I'd never go for it, rather if I had to, I'd take my CC to an ATM and do a cash withdraw and give her that as I think the lady would be more relaxed with cash and for me at least, the more relaxed the lady the better the booking.
