I expect "supply and demand" will dictate any price increases or reductions as will be the case with most service industries post COVID-19

I expect there will initially be a mad rush for a day or 2 but once the novelty wears off the demand will significantly decrease. I think also there will be quite a noticeable downturn in business due to married punters not willing to take the risks previously taken for granted as well?

Yeah i think partnered punters will not be able to move too much.

Contact tracing will mean any booking arrangements will be discoverable as part of who's been where and with whom, if either the buyer or seller test positive (even if you don't download the Covidsafe app or take ur phone to ur booking). Contact tracing is also applied for reportable STIs at least in WA under the Health Act, so similar situation.
