I know it is a frustrating time for us all in the industry at the moment. We've had a lot of what might feel like 'let downs' and disappointing nights this year but it's life and things can only get better. Were all a team here and should be working together to improve our business as a family. I want to keep this business alive! I hope you all feel the same way - i have so much respect for all of my work colleagues and have learnt so much from each individual so to thank you all for that i am sending out some positive-dakota-vibes and a reminder to stay strong and dont lose hope

Well said Dakota, teamwork and family is what its all about and loyalty. The Industry can be very fickle at times especially at tax time and especially now that there is an election looming!
Sometimes we just need to put our heads together and make things happen instead of bitching about why they aren't working. LOL
