To a point? In all honesty I think it needs to be at least close to average to "do the job", but after that i don't think it matters all that much. Over a certain size also gets tricky and makes sex difficult. I have seen genuine micro penises and in all honesty by themselves they're probably not going to do much for a girl but guys can still learn other skills to keep their lady happy

Catching up on this so haven't read all replies.
I will say not all women have the same "diameter". Actually even the one female doesn't have the one diameter, it will expand to accommodate most sizes. Yes the PC muscle will allow the vagina to "grip" the cock but with the right foreplay the vagina will accept many size cocks.
