Your poll choices did not go far enough. Pornstars are so over rated. Most of our favourite WLs are better than PSE. GFE beats PSE. :la::la::la:

Shows our forum members are a level headed bunch (at least the ones on this thread).

In most polls of ability people overrate themselves. eg. 80% of drivers think they are above average (Only 50% can be).

It is the mathematical nature of averages.

If every lover was 'better than average' (which research has found to be the case of people's own opinions), the new average become 'better than average'.

If on a scale of 1-10 (with 5 intended to be average) everyone gave themselves an 8,9 or 10, the average would become somewhere between 8 and 10. So if you rate yourself an 8 but the average is now 9, your 8 is below average (not above average).

On subjective scales of 1-10 the average is 5. You will notice that asianguy gave 4-6 descriptive as average.

In the driving skills poll words were used.

80% described themselves as 'above average' or higher. 80% cannot be above average. In a descriptive scale average is the 50/50 divide.

In a survey of people job performance 74% said they were 'above average' and 26% said they were 'average'. No-one said they were 'below average'.

So the average perception was 'above average'. Impossible to be true.

What is true is that people's perceptions are biased.

My point was that these poll figures are amazingly honest. Almost no polls of people's self-perceptions are this honest. It was a massive compliment to the forum participants.:notworthy

In my opinion, asianguy77 used the word "average" as a qualitative benchmark so respondents are responding to that benchmark thus plotting responses in the appropriate criteria. Your logic is using the responses to form a new average criteria.

It is interesting Fudd. The author I used for reference also added that in all the seminars he has presented, when asking the audience of their performance as a lover, only ONE person has ever responded 'below average'. Not scientific he admits, but good for a laugh.

I wouldn't vote in this poll and leave it up to others i have seen to make that decision. I can say i got a good rap from one of the hottest girls that were around awhile back, so her decision made me feel pretty good, especially when she only worked 5hs a week in the last year, which i got 2 of them sometimes 3 every week.
