This may been seen as very draconian. We can encourage safe sex practises but to a degree that would limit to no kissing, bathing together, people using the same toilet seat and cups & utensils. Not a chance. It puts everyone who works there at risk and also the clients. A small increase in money for the house is not worth a massive decrease with ladies unable to work and loss of clients.
