Not a manager or pimp. Had a few offer to help me (I love doing my own phone advertising etc and being in control so I declined) but they take a percentage, bare in mind in that percentage it usually includes all the necessary tools for the trade (wipes condoms lube etc) plus the premises to work from, all advertising and your bookings. It can be expensive for management to find premises to work from as you can quickly get blacklisted from air bnb and then rely on private rentals, hotels etc..
You also have the additional stress of girls, some will be super loyal others may not turn up if you've spent that money already on advertising and organised bookings it can be stressful.
Once you have loyal girls you need to look after them because there is alot of other agencies out there.
Hats off to the people that do it because I can imagine it would be a costly and stressful gig!
Legal implications not sure, Google would be a better tool than I am.
