This is the sort of exploitative and/or incompetent management that gives the entire industry a bad name. I'm not in Victoria but a couple of these brothels sound familiar, like high end establishments, which makes it even worse than if it was an illicit AMP (where one might expect more dodgy behaviour on average).

I would of thought that too, after all we need ID to do most things these days. some parlors ask clients for ID to prove they are over 18 and that also the Credit Card they are using matches the ID!
