I was offered a nipple piercing recently, and seeing that I don't know a thing about them, can anyone share their experiences please?

I am considering getting my left one done, and it sounds like fun apparently increasing sensations, but would like to know what I will get out of it first before I go for it...

Thanks.

Naughty Thoughts

A couple of years ago I had both done.

It was a new type of agony that words cannot begin to describe.

The actual piercing wasn't that bad (though still quite painful), but the first couple of nights I couldn't sleep properly. The sheets rubbing on them is really painful / annoying and you have to sleep on your back.

My suggestion: do it in summer.

After a while it wasn't so bad. You gotta really look after them for a while until they heal up. The place you get pierced will tell you everything you need to know (or at least they should).

Once it's done, you need to wash yourself with anti-bacterial soap (easy to obtain from a chemist), and use saline solution to wipe it / them down (again, available from most chemists).

At the time I was working in fast food and had to wear an apron. Unfortunately the straps rubbed right on the piercings so they never healed properly and I took them out after about a year. (I did it myself with a pair of pliers - not recommended!)

Although it hurts a lot more, I advise getting both done rather than just one. With one it just looks like you wanted to do both but chickened out after the first one.

Right after I had them done (a few minutes) I got a really euphoric high and was giggly for about three hours.

I suggest band-aids over them for the first few weeks to stop your shirt from rubbing on them. It / They will be really sensitive for a few weeks.

Also, if the place doesn't explain it to you, make sure nobody goes licking it / them until they are healed. If you get foreign saliva in your bloodstream you could get septicemia (blood poisoning) which is never fun...

Getting your nipples pierced doesnt always increase sensitivity. I got mine done a few years ago and theyre sensitivity drastically reduced. In addition, my partners cant tug on them with their teeth the way I used to love....

I had my right nipple pierced horizontally about 6 years ago. At the time I decided on just the one due to the possibility of decreased sensitivity, now I like the different sensations between the pierced and non-pierced.

The actual piercing was pretty intense, I don't remember actual pain as such, just this intenseness, almost orgasmic but not... I can't really describe it. About an hour later when I was driving somewhere and brushed my arm across - that hurt! But I like quite a bit of tugging and biting so it wasn't as bad for me as it may be for others.

Probably the hardest part was that I had to keep people's hands off it while it healed, another reason for getting just the one done. Now, after 6 years of being bitten, pulled and tugged it's starting to grow out and I'm considering taking it out and getting it re-done... or pierced vertically.

Hi Bear

I had both my nipples pierced in 2001 and to tell you the truth it hurt like hell, well at least when the needle went through. It was tender for a couple of hours after, but all healed really well with no problems. I was actually handcuffed during the process by my master and blindfolded and had the occasion videotaped.

There's a pic of my nipple rings in the naughty flashboard.

I hope this helps!!
