here are some tips on how i stay awake until 6am..
1. STAY ACTIVE: move around during breaks.A quick walk or some light stretching can help keep your blood flowing and energy levels up.

2. HYDRATE:Ddrink plenty of water. Staying hydrated can help combat fatigue. Avoid to much caffeine, as it can lead to a crash later on.

3. HEALTHY SNACKS: opt for light, healthy snacks like fruits, nuts or yogurt these can provide sustained energy without the sugar crash.

4. BRIGHT LIGHTS: Keep your workspace well-lit. bright lights can help trick your body into thinking its still daytime.

5. ENGAGE YOUR MIND: keep yourself mentally stimulated. If possible, switch tasks or engage in conversations with coworkers to stay alert.

6. TAKE SHORT BREAKS: if you can, take short breaks to refresh your mind. A few miniutes away from your work can help you stay more focused .

Implementing these stratergies can make a big difference in how you feel during your night shift!

Nu Skin Skin enhancer is a special Alovera gel that was used in burn hospitals in America, It is a light enhancer you can put over makeup to freshen you up and gives you 2-3 more hours; if I use it with eye drops and a Thai back cream that I inhale, I call it my emergency kit with my Nu Skin Toothpaste to freshen my mouth.

It depends how often you do the shift. I do shifts beginning at 9pm four nights per week. After a while your body adapts, and you learn a sleep schedule which allows you to work without being too tired.
