I dont intend using this forum to get cheap medical advice. But has anyone suffered with nerve pain ? What was it like ?How did you clear it ?
I fell over 6 mths ago n since then ive had bad pins n needle like pain in my hand.I landed on my palm of left hand to stop fall i now get tingly feeling in thumb n fingertips painful paim no grip cant form fist stinging sensation and a feeling like an electric current running thru my hand this feeling can on for hours. Whereas with pins n needles u rub the affected area and blood recrculates and away u go
ive had tests done by nerve doctor n have to go back next week for results the pain is so severe feel like cutting the hand off
think i mentioned this in another post but i also find if i hold the mobile phone in either hand for any length of time it reallt sets of the tingling sensations n i gotta drop the phone

Have you had your carpel tunnel checked out it carries the nerve through your wrist to the hand.
If it is compromised can give you numbness and tingly pain in the hand.
I used to get it when I rode my bicycle for long distances.
It is not very handy cutting your hand off it will stump you.

yes....I had surgery (back) many years ago. Go and get medical help. If you have a serious problem, they will help you. If it is a minor problem, you can stop to worry.... So, whatever it is, going to the doctor will always turn into a win-win situation

Bepp, i had major problems with my hand, lost 75% of strength, constant pain, similar symptoms to yours. Now i had all the tests, diagnosed and was booked for plastic surgery fir carpal tunnel syndrome but whilst i was away, i met this guy who was a healer. He said you do not have carpal tunnel, u need deep tissue massage, when i got back i found a practitioner and within three visits, no carpal tunnel, full strength back in 4 weeks and most of all, no surgery.

If you want the number, pm me, she is also good in other areas.

Yep you have been steered the right way Bepp Seek medical advice
My brother suffered nerve pain in his feet due to nerve damage from diabetes He was put on medication and relieved the symptoms greatly But you have to have your doc find the root cause first

I was told I had carpal tunnel too. I wasn't keen on surgery so went to a physic who run me through a heap of tests and come to the conclusion is wasn't CT at all but a nerve issue in my elbow caused from RSI. I spent a long time (months) avoiding certain movements and rested my arm a lot then slowly took up exercises he prescribed. Now almost fixed, occasional twinge but a think another 6 months will be right as rain.
