Hello All,

Need your help to come up with some exciting names for 6 - 10 cocktails that will feature on the Langtrees VIP Canberra Cocktail Menu. Put your best thinking hat's on.

We will have a selection of cocktails every Friday and Saturday night for our clients to indulge in. I've mastered the Martini and have made one for Mary-Anne K herself to try on her return =)

If I use one of your names, you'll have to fly to Canberra to try it

1 oz (30 mL) pineapple juice, ½ oz (15 mL) Midori melon liqueur, ½ oz (15 mL) peach schnapps, ½ oz (15 mL) 7-Up. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a shot glass, and serve.

Fill up the shaker with ice and put the ingredients in it.

Shake it until it gets frosty on the outside. Before you start shaking, place ice cubes in the glass and fill it up with water so the glass is cold when you have shaken the drink. Take the ice cubes and water out of the glass, and fill the glass again with ice cubes and pour the drink in the glass.

Put the Rum, Triple Sec, Grenadine, and Lime Juice in an ice filled Collins glass. Give it a good stir, and then add the 7-Up until it's about an inch from the top of the glass. Stir, and then pour the Baileys down the center of the glass. Garnish accordingly, insert a long straw, and have some fun with your... Sex With The Bartender. Bottoms up!!!

• ¼ cup Pinnacle Cake Flavored Vodka

• ¼ cup pineapple juice

• ¼ cup coconut milk creamer

• 1 teaspoon French vanilla pudding mix

• Whipped cream

• Toasted coconut

Instructions

1. Mix vodka, pineapple juice, coconut milk creamer, and pudding mix in shaker with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds.
2. Strain into glass. Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut as desired

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in whiskey in then the root beer. Float the 151 on the top. Best served while the bubbles are still fizzing.

• 1/2 oz. Liqueur, coffee

• 1/2 oz. Sambuca

• 1/2 oz. Triple Sec

• 1/2 oz. Vodka

Mixing Instructions
Add the Kahlua, vodka and Sambuca into the cocktail glass. Add the Bailey's Irish Cream, cointreau and blue curacao into a shot glass. Light the contents of the cocktail glass on fire and drink with a straw. When the person drinking is close to done, pour the content of the shot glass into the cocktail glass.

Has MAK tried a Dirty Martini? 3 parts Vodka (always Vodka, never Gin), 1 part Vermouth and 1 part Olive Brine. Best cocktail ever.
