That seems to be a collective summary for the new world order; the shadow government but not necessarily or specifically focusing on about the ETs and UFOs, however some very interesting points about the tall whites though, never heard that one before.
But everything else - the bilderberg, the cabal are just few "examples" of the whole scheme of things. I could name two or 3 more off the top of my head.
Great speech and of course, the congressman wouldn't stand hearing him talking from one thing to another.
One thing I would stand and join by with applause was this line:
"They wouldn't have the finances to make the transition to clean energy because we have infinitely silly banking and financial system in the western world." (9:26)
The free monetary market economics rules everything behind closed doors. Given with the wrong priorities of politics we have today - it makes more sense for the elite to keep tracking the sequence of profit instead. Good for them, but to sustain it all we'll need two Earths by 2030. It's sad, but we're all in it already.
Those who rule with power will always overrides the public with power. Usually with force; by end of all means.
