Me, male, looking for a girl to work with me. Illegal?!?

Hi,

(Thanks moderators :-D )

I am not sure how to do this.

Until yesterday, I was a happy good looking bloke in a nice partnership with a great working girl. We'd see people (single guys) in my apartment, we were a couple, and they had the time of their lives. Bookings like that were easy, because we shared the load. She was 20, gorgeous, short and slim. She matched my taste in girls, which made things even easier for me.

I cannot work with that girl anymore -- she quit the business once er mother half-found out what was she did. Ugh :-( I am also a little heart broken about it, but that's a different problem.

Now, I read the laws about this, and from my understanding I cannot even say "Hey, I am looking for a girl to work with" because that would be inviting somebody to work in prostitution. I cannot pick up a girl, become friendly with her, and then tell her "Oh by the way, I make money by being a hooker, would you work with me?". I won't last very long if I do that.

There is nowhere in these forums where I can ask the question -- and that's fair enough. I feel bad about writing this very post...

At the moment I am doing 1:1 with males, but that's really hard on me. I don't have much pleasure in working.

What would you do if you were me? (Apart from quitting the whole thing and forget about work altogether!)

Bye,

Jessy.

Mmmm. I see your dillema!

Now, whilst I'm NOT a Lawyer I do have a reasonable understanding of the law and I see it like this...

You CANNOT legally advertise or APPROACH a Girl to engage in prostitution.... fact!

You CANNOT legally maintain premises for the purpose of Prostitution... fact!

You CANNOT 'Live of the earnings' of Prostitution... Fact!

BUT.....

You CAN operate, privately as an individual, offering personal sexual services, without breaking the law.

So...if you were to operate as an 'individual' and you knew a Girl who also worked as an individual....

And say a 'client' booked BOTH of you.... then that should NOT be a problem, so long as each charged the client seperately and there was not a situation where the Girl worked 'for you'....

But I would check it out with your legal advisor and with Vice first just to be sure.

Hi,

That's all good. But I can see this as a very sticky situation.
And the problem stays: I cannot really look for a girl to work with, can I?

That to some extent is correct Jessy.... in as much as you can't ADVERTISE for a Girl....but you can advertise YOUR services.... Also you can't just walk uop to a girl and solicite her services.... but you may offer to assist an existing 'working girl' to deliver a 'dual' service.... and if you do a few posts on forums, such as this, then you never know just what may arrive at your doorstep?

Hi,

I know. I know. But even posting here made me uneasy. Because even my very post could be taken as a way to recruit non working girls to email me etc. (although they can't, because they would have to write 5 posts... but go and explain that to a judge...).

I live in fear of the law...

Jessy.

Jessy as someone VERY familiar with the law and its practical application in this area, I can assure you that you are very safe in a forum such as this in what you are trying to do. Unless you straight out advertise for a female to assist you in your endeavours any oblique references you may make would not interest anyone other than the people you may be looking for. BELIEVE ME!:3some:

Couple of comments I would like to make here Jessy.... Firstly I believe Andy is right and secondly if you 'Live in fear of the Law'.... then all you have to do is ensure you stay on the 'right side' and you will have nothing to fear... So go talk with them and explain what you would 'like' to do.....before you do it and they will advise what is ok and what is not.... that way you will not need to live in fear.
