Okay guys, who out there have done or are doing kegel exercises to improve control, promote prostate health and give you stronger orgasms?
Well there is more to it but if you clench the muscles that you would use to stop a fart you build up stronger orgasms and help with your bladder etc. You clench for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times, 3 times a day. Unless you pull a face, no one will know you are doing it lol i think it may help with PE but i don't have that problem lolIn your best Pauline Hanson voice.......please explain?

Yup, according to research some peeps believe stopping and starting urination is harmful but then others say it is just as good as the fart stopping muscles lol. I suppose it would depend on how much you have to peeOh. I've always gone with stopping and starting urination to keep the muscles that control my ejaculation strength in good shape. Also aids you later in life with greatly reduced risk of leaky bladder syndrome.
Sounds like much the same thing then.
