Low sperm count

My wife and I are trying to fall pregnant. After all the test the result came in that I had a low sperm count. This rocked me to know that I was the one with the problem. Finding out these results has effected my whole sex drive and sex interest. Just asking if anyone out there has experience the same thing and also how they dealt with it both physical and emotionally?

Well, kudos for having the test - it was easy enough for you and spared your wife a lot of unpleasant prodding and poking. Don't beat yourself up over it - the problem is more common than you think and sometimes a few simple lifestyle changes can work wonders.

So long as you have some viable sperm I.V.F. can usually help out but you will need to see your G.P. and get a referral to a fertility specialist.
