What are they?
A blue zone is a region in the world where people are claimed to have exceptionally long lives, beyond the age of 80. This is due to a lifestyle combining physical activity, low stress, rich social interactions, a local whole-foods diet, and low disease incidence.

Great post Electra, thank you. Very timely as I very stern conversation with my GP this week. Back to salads and the gym for me.

I watched a great doco on living well past 100 and the best results were peole that lived in a cold climate and very hilly, the stairs everyday helped them to live much longer. Plus the divers in Japan still diving at 110 yo

There is $$$$$ being made in Ukraine as we speak.. serious coin... Bulgaria is low taxing and depending on what your trade is you can get income tax exempt in Romania...

Absolutely there is money being made in Ukraine, one of the most corrupt countries. Late last year some of Zalinsky’s cabinet ministers were caught skimming millions from US aid, well money for weapons.

Eat less burgers, eat more pussy.. stop drinking booze, smoking forget it, get off your ass and walk more. if its sold at a drive through you don't need it...
