What's the statistical likely hood of a guy catching hiv off a hiv+ woman from one unprotected sex encounter? I

Yes Ramey's table is correct! In fact the risk of getting Hiv in vaginal intercourse is very low indeed it's hard to get it for men and women less that 10 in 10,000 encounters!
On the other hand those odds are still better than for winning lotto! And, as a gay friend of mine once told me if you're the one that picks it up you've got it 100%!!!
