Upskirt From Wikipedia
Upskirting is the practice of taking non-consensual photographs under a person's skirt or Kilt, capturing an image of the crotch area, underwear and sometimes genitalia . An upskirt is a photograph, video, or illustration which incorporates an image made by upskirting.
The practice is regarded as a form of sexual fetishism or voyeurism and is similar in nature to downblouse photography. The ethical and legal issue relating to upskirt and downblouse photography is one of a reasonable expectation of privacy, even in a public places.
Australia, All jurisdictions within Australia have passed laws making it illegal to take upskirt photos in public places without the person's consent.
So, as we all know upskirting has become a trend in recent years due mostly to the use of mobile phones and other digital camera equipment, for example the shoe-cam, as this activity is illegal in public places by Australian law, I would argue it will be illegal in private places as well.
Convictions are rising not just in Australia but many other countries as well, it is most likely a young heterosexual male who will be convicted, so here is another example were social etiquette has disappeared, should we be discussing these issues in our Schools?

Man accused of taking ‘upskirt’ images of 16-year-old girl
A man who allegedly took a photo up a 16-year-old girl’s skirt in a Sydney shopping centre has been arrested and charged.
A man has been arrested by police after allegedly taking an ‘upskirt’ photo of a teenage girl in a shopping centre in Sydney’s southwest. The 16-year-old girl was shopping with her older sister in Liverpool about 2.30pm last Friday. Just over an hour later it is alleged a 25-year-old man walked behind the pair and took a picture up the girl’s skirt without her consent. The man left the shopping centre immediately after the alleged incident. The girl and her mother attended Liverpool Police Station on July 23 to report the incident. The following day security staff at the shopping centre informed police the man believed to be involved in the incident had returned to the location. He was arrested and a search of the man’s mobile phone allegedly revealed four further videos of a similar nature recorded between December 2018 and February 2019. He was charged with five counts of intentionally recording an intimate image without consent. The man has been banned from the shopping centre and was granted conditional bail. He is set to appear in Liverpool Local Court on August 28.
My final point is that upskirting is not just occurring to women, it may occur to men as well, there are several societies were men wear skirts.
