Hi everyone. Found a book with a great chapter on sex for people with profound physical problems. May be a bit outdated but interesting. Here's an excerpt from it where Heather a paraplegic 22 yrs talks about her sexuality with the author
‘What about sex now heather? Can you describe what you feel?'
'Well, for starters I do get aroused and very moist. I have a deep pressure sensation. You know, I can’t feel you stroke my thigh, but if you press against my thigh with your finger I can feel that.
I’m not sure about all the movements my husband makes in my vagina-but I can feel a deep pressure. I also know when I ‘m menstruating so it’s quiet sensitive.
In spite of no sensation on my skin below my waist, I’m aware if the clitoris is touched. I know my breast have become hypersensitive. I can have an orgasm if my husband fondles my breasts.’
