The busy times will provide for the Quiet if you work right.
I thought it would be good to have a thread again with helpful tips for all WL's, private and Agency. It's always great for the Ladies new to the industry to pick through the advice and see what works for them and for WL's who have been around a little longer.
This first tip is especially important:
Our industry is coming into it's busiest months of the year. The end of October always see's business picking up at a fast rate as we start entering the warmer days and the silly season.
Most Ladies are run off their feet. This is when you need to think smart. Yes it is important to take exceptional care in your treatment of clients during the quiet season.
BUT
You will notice some WL's don't have a quiet season (a small decline of clients maybe but not much), for example, Langtrees Helena, Casey's Sophie, Esquires Sienna and there are quite a few more. That is why soon, when things pick up at the fast pace you need to treat your clients exceptionally well now. This is the time when you can turn those clients into your regulars, take good care of them, treat them well and a lot of them will be back to see you,,,during the busy season, and, if your attentive, during the quiet season when others may be struggling in our industry.
The time is now for networking and providing a good service and it will pay off
