Kid’s nightmare party.
So my daughter wants a day spa party. Being I work to much guilt comes into play and I organise one..

Big question should they refund my money
· I rang and spoke to one of your staff members on Thursday to make sure she was aware that there was a change in the amount of girls attending and that everything would run smoothly and that she had enough staff.
· There was no introduction for the birthday girl nor was she made to feel special during this experience.
· We arrived at 9.55am to find only 1 staff member was there who was stressed because the other lady was running late and continued to tell me about how this staff member was always late and that she had to do everything.
· The other staff member arrived and the 2 ladies then rushed to put out food.
· I had to request for some music to be put on.
· 1 staff member then started on nails while the other lady did feet.
· Once the feet where done the lady then painted the chocolate facial on their faces four at a time then went back and got the girls to wipe the chocolate facial off with only 2 flannels.
· At this point we could see there was a reaction, however, the young lady just dismissed us. She continued until I asked her to stop and look at the girls. She then said she forgot to put a cream on afterwards. She then proceeded to put the cream on and then continued to apply the chocolate facial to more girls.
· The reaction started by 10.45am and all our time from then on was spent putting cold towels on the girl’s faces for the rest of the party.

- 2 girls taken to doctors...
- stressed out mums
- just to add to the drama the birthday cake was I left it at the venue and of course it was closed so we couldn't go back and get it
- Then the mad dash to ballet exams with very red faces
