for many many years i have been involved in the sex industry in different capacities. in this time i have met many workers, private and agency employed. Each establishment has their own ideas and ways of doing things and sometimes everything comes together all at the same time and the place booms. Now most put it down to there own knowledge or having a lot of money to invest. In most cases its both....and so much more. You can have millions to invest but if you have no idea and have to rely on hired staff who say they can do this and that then you truly are a gambler in the truest sense. Even someone who has been in the industry for 20 yrs as a working girl and worked privately doing all the advertising phone work cleaning, and tax records doesn't just 'HAVE WHAT IT TAKES'. lets say that all the above is ticked you still have a risk you cannot control completely and that's the workers you hire and cause and effect. The sex workers of new and old are all individuals who love hate like everyone on this planet and who have goals and needs like everyone one else. It doesnt matter who you are or what you do for a living how educated or uneducated you are the fact remains, everyone gets ill, everyone lies, everyone will show only their good side when you meet them and more so if they are needing or wanting something from you. Everyone will experience tragedy and loss,and every one of us is capable of the most lowly acts as well as the most amazing things. so when you have a business that relies on employees as 99% of businesses do you have that chance of getting more than you bargained for, and more than likely a lot less than you were expecting. In all my years and experience there is 1 person who stands out as the best in the business. Thats Maryanne Kenworthy. She has operated through 2 decades and multiple generations of workers as well as the constant changes in sex industry law and changes in taxation laws and rules. She knows what she wants from her businesses,girls,and she knows exactly how to get it. She has never left her business to others to run for her, she is, even today, singularly the most HANDS ON business woman i have ever met by far. so when i hear others in the industry comment on this or that i feel embarrassed for them because i have known Maryanne for 20 yrs and she is still at the top of the game and has expanded into every area of this industry Successfully for 2 decades. So one should possibly think about their own knowledge of all things sex before voicing their thoughts. On that note....
