While you all are doing your best they on the other hand aren't.
The amount of inquiries we are still getting in Darwin for services says certain people aren’t trying too hard, lol. If they aren’t getting escorts from us I guarantee there are ladies still working privately (Sex work is completely prohibited in the NT currently)

Sex work is prohibited Australia wide.

Any service that requires physical contact unless for medical reasons due to health is what the Australian Wide directive is at present. The fines I believe in some states are $50,000 and 12 months jail. I do know some massage parlours have been caught , fined and closed down for good and they will be tightening the net.

The sooner people do the right thing, the sooner we are all able to get back to life..

Can I ask then, how is the Military doing exercises or are they all on stand down? As really How to dig a fox hole or how to best be with your buddies in the foxhole in a offensive position surely still must be being taught..

I don't know. I'm not the Minister for Defence and I'm not in the military. But according to all the news reports on TV, Radio and Social media, they have cancelled all Defence exercises this year for Army and Navy but may be doing a partial on Pitch Black.

That is why this happened...

and also with this news report also. Think aus troops are doing the same if not like our education plan it's in the long process of getting done before we end up like USA.

I've never arranged a date on Tinder so I don't know what the go is there, but I heard a report last night saying there was one fine issued to a man who was out on a date through Tinder. Now, unless Tinder dates are a little strange, shouldn't TWO people have been fined?

That's understandable Shannon, to a lot of ppl out there having no sex for 1 week is bad enough. Sex is like a drug after all they need their fix, I would hate to see how desperate they'll get the longer this lockdown lasts.

It also boils down to how well these girls can budget in this lockdown too, before long they too will have to go back to work.

(To everyone)
What everyone is doing is great but ppl will have to get use to the fact that this lockdown can last for 6mths counts 5mths now I think. We still have infected ppl inbound for Australia still flight or cruise ship for a long while. So the count will go up and more anti isolation ppl will infect ppl along the way, you can blame the government for being lax on border closure when they should and leave stranded ossies overseas. When they were in denial that the virus won't come to Aus so they'll go travel instead.

There were 2 options on combatting the problem either contain the outbreak or let nature run it's course and let the virus go through the population. Just be glad our government choose to contain it.

I forgot to also add that there is also domestic flying between states for stranded ozzies atm too so there's a chance they might be silent carriers of the virus unknowingly spreading it too.

He probably told the police that he's on a tinder date when they asked about the couples relationship to one another. What you tell the police in person can bite you back. Police are crafty with the words you use at the time of the questioning, and can twist your words well to suit them. But yup they are happening. Society adapts cause that's how they are, and if there is a demand someone along the line will provide a supply.

Really... Is that how they catch criminals out..

Yup. Pretty much the slip of the tongue as they say.

Had a friend who's car got impounded cause he told the cops that stopped him, after doing a small skid. That he was out with a bunch of friends that night, for a bit of fun. And in the police report the cop worded that the offender lost control of their vehicle and when asked the offenders said it was for a bit of fun.

See how one is harmless and the other is the intend to do something

Yes, I've been saying it for years that people these days are big on "rights" but lack responsibility. Hopefully this situation may teach us something.

Well its the generation that always heard yes at school.. and how wonderful they were, and precious etc etc.

They have to go to quarantine on arrival

Maybe thats why they closed the borders so quickly in the NT because of the large military presents up here.
This would also help slow the virus down. The ADF would also have extra testing and monitoring as they are an essential service and are being used on the front line with the police to stop people crossing borders.
As for independents I have noticed some adds that were taken down have started popping back up again. They must not of had much of a backstop. When you can't afford to eat, it is going to be hard to stop.

The independents part,, they are entitled to payments from centrelink. It's not a good reason for them to keep working. They will get caught. Then they will be struggling to pay their fines. It's dangerous. It will kill people. It's selfish. It will contribute to dragging this out for much much longer.
