Isn`t it ironic???

Was taking a walk in the city this afternoon and got stopped by one of those people that try and tell you by giving them your pocket change you can help a starving family overseas for at least a month.
Thing was I looked at his shoes and the price he would have paid for his NIKES could have fed a family for a couple years, Then there was the time I ran into a retired butcher who became a vegetarian because he wasn`t happy the way animals were being treated...

Anybody else have any stories that are simply ironic??
