In the past 15 years of my life I have felt deep attraction for a number of special ladies. Some of them WLs, but most are not. In the past 5 years I have met a few that held angelic qualities. But there is one that is most memorable. She was a waitress in a humble restaurant. There was instant mutual intrigue and attraction. Now I do not have enough words that can do justice in describing everything I saw in her. But here are a few things I remember most about her.
- Is willing to walk to meet you when she misses the bus.
- Brings lunch when she knows you haven't eaten.
- Demands to know you got home safely.
- Whose beautiful smile shines perfection that overrides all superficial imperfections.
- When parting will stand and see you off until you are out of sight.
- Chooses to be kind instead of right.
- Is a Go Giver more than a Go Getter.
- When there is something to say. The other person's feelings are more of a priority than satisfying a need of wanting to say something.
- In my case...represents the kind of person I am trying to be.
- On a lunch date she prefers sneaker over heels.
During our time spent together we did not need to be doing any particular activity as being together was what we wanted. And we would find ourselves circling the streets of northbridge over and over again with no destination as just walking together was the destination.
Sadly....as we met she was already scheduled to leave this place for good to care for family member in need, So we shared 11 days together that I very grateful for. She is one of a very few that inspired me to write a song for.
