Well hello people's!
I have a bit of a random question/story.
So today I went shopping briefly for a few things. I was wearing a hat, gym clothes and no makeup - I think I looked like a dork but I didn't feel like dressing up before my gym session. All the people at the shops were super friendly, nice and chatty. Now I'm wondering if that's because sales are so low they're trying to maximise, or if it was the hat I was wearing? I really don't know and my expectations of service in Perth has become so low I was genuinely surprised to be spoken to so much. Course could just be because I have laryngitis, therefore everyone wants to talk to me!!
On another note, had my first session back with my favorite personal trainer. She's trying to convince me to go into a competition in October, but I'm not sure I'm ready for it. Will have to consider it some more, as there's only 15 weeks left. I did upper body and felt like my arms were going to fall off! I reckon I'll be sore tomorrow.
xoxo
